How Much Food Should A 5 Month Old Kitten Eat?

They should be fed kitten food, and not adult cat food. The amount of food depends on the age of their kitten siblings. If you feed them too much or too little it will cause diarreah (diarrhea) and possibly vomiting which could lead to starvation soon after that. I would recommend feeding 2 small meals a day at about 4:00pm and 8:00am if your cats are young kittens; this is when they seem to need it most in my experience. My kittens eat breakfast at 7:30am and dinner between 6-7:30pm with some mid-day snacks in between feeds if I remember!
