How Much To Feed A Newborn Kitten?

You should never feed your newborn kitten more than 12 ounces of food per day. This is just to insure that their growing stomachs are getting the proper nutrition they need. You can increase this amount by feeding 3 times a day if you wish, but be careful not to overdo it as babies tend to get sick when they don’t eat enough and too much at once may cause them diarrhea which could make the baby ill.

How soon should my new kitten go outside?

Your new kitten will want out now! I would say within 2 days or so of receiving your little one they will start feeling like their own personal animal on display in a zoo, trying desperately to find where the door is located with all kinds of yelps and howls coming from inside for attention. Some people believe that kittens become accustommed too quickly, but I do not agree with this belief since most kittens stay in small spaces until about 4 months old before doing anything daring, including going outside! Your cat probably has its litter mate smell already so it won’t have any problem finding his/her way back home after being away for approximately an hour or two
