A: Fostering kittens is easier than many people think. It involves doing something nice for another person, so you must be prepared to work with your time and energy. If you are willing, call the rescue society where you adopted your cat (you can usually find this information on their website) and ask if they need help fostering kittens. They may only have one kitten or five, but at least it will give them a warm home until they are ready to be released into homes of their own. You might also consider volunteering at an animal shelter where there are no cats (they should always take in strays first!) This would allow you to learn about other animals while helping someone else out by providing temporary care for some little furry creatures who desperately need kindness!
