What If My Kitten Wants To Go Outside?

Let’s take a look at some of the many reasons you should not allow your kitten to go outside:

Indoors and out: If your indoor cat is allowed to roam freely, she may move into other parts of your house or yard. This includes areas where other pets cannot go (like heating vents) and also keeps her from getting used to going outdoors. It allows her to learn that outdoor cats are scary and dangerous. The result? She will be reluctant ever again to step foot outside – even when she is an adult cat!
