When it comes to shots, you need to give your kitten a series of vaccinations. The first vaccine protects against distemper and hepatitis. After that, they should receive the FVRCP vaccination which provides immunity against feline viral rhinotracheitis (fVR), calici virus (CAV) and panleukopenia or “kitten” strain of parvovirus. Finally, another shot is administered for protection against leptospirosis.
How much chicken do kittens eat?
Kittens typically eat about 1-2 tablespoons per day of raw chicken mixed with crunchy cat food or canned food at every meal time until they are 12 weeks old when their interest in human foods begins to wane leaving them able to subsist mainly on dry cat food alone.
