What To Do When A Kitten Is Choking On Milk?

First thing we do is try to get the kitten’s mouth open and then we give her a little bit of milk that will help it go down. It might take a couple of tries but you’ll know when it works! Good luck and I hope your kitten feels better soon!!

Okay, here’s what I did: When my cat started choking on milk, she was in our bed with me (she loves to sleep there) so I got out from under the covers and held her head up by holding onto her cheeks while I immediately pinched both sides of her nose together hard (while applying pressure to force air through them). This forced all the milk out quickly. Then once she could breathe again, I picked up my phone and took pictures/video of how much came out.
